Please include $2 (USD) to cover the cost of postage for the return QSL.
First class postage rates here are quite high.
Please be sure to include sufficient information for us to verify it was our signal that you heard. If you send us a photo of yourself we will post it on our bulletin board with the other shortwave listeners.
